I'm gonna agree with Mr. Frog. It's cool that it's a Silver Certificate but condition plays a factor too.

I was under the impression that a true radar had the same letters in the block (ex. A/A, B/B, C/C, etc.)

Some people put radar but the note isn't like that some I see is like

Frank (cashhound) is correct. A True Radar has matching prefix and suffix letters.

What's the back plate number on your note ?
