You are right. The page linked shows all the die markers. Once you learn them, you can tell at a glance.

Agreed, Close AM. It's normal on all 1997's. Wide AM's is what you want to look for. It's on 1998, 1999 and 2000.

This would be a CAM - normal for this year. (and no known varieties ( WAM) for this year have ever been found either.

The years to pay attention to are:
1992
1998
1999
and 2000
