Anyone have info regarding how many 2023 Proof Peace dollars have been sold. I'm surprised, they haven't been gobbled up by now. Thank You.

I just bought one for a 21st Century Type set, graded by PCGS as PR70DCAM for $140 including shipping. While not important to me, it has the Flag label First Day of Issue.

I think it's a fair price, considering what the Proofs sell for raw?

I didn't know there was a 21st Century type set yet, just seems something you'd try to do later in the century?
And they have commemorative coins in it?

Why? It seems logical to collect the relevant coins as they are released.

I thought about that later, that you were talking slabbed coins. I was thinking something like a Capitol plastics holder, why works they even make one at this stage. So your just collecting them now and assuming keeping them slabbed.
I didn't think anyone would attempt to have anything in a type set that wasn't a circulating coin, but it's your set. You never see, that I'm aware of, a type set with commens, bullion, etc in it.

Both PCGS and NGC have had 21st Century Type Sets in their Registries for well over a decade. MyCollect.com has them too.

I would recommend a closer look at the Dansco 7070 US Type Set album...
