I assume the scratches are on the plastic case? If they are, then I'm still at MS-63.

The large < shaped scratches by the jaw-neck of liberty in the obverse are on the plastic. Otherwise I think everything else is on the coin.

I agree with MS63. FYI - this is VAM-1D, one of the more interesting 83-O varieties. The dies gouges above the eagle's right wing and below the left wing are diagnostic.
