My first thought is MS-65 but I don't like the rub marks in the fields above the date and above E Pluribus Unum. I'll wait for in hand photos, this might be a MS details.

I agree some areas of the fields look iffy but otherwise it is a gem level piece.

Hard to discern PL from photos of course, but I could see it pulling that designation. I can't see the cleaning indications, so I'll throw out a 64.
