This is the 40% silver uncirculated business strike, not the proof.

Pics too bright to see surface details clearly.

I'll say MS-64.
Errers and Varietys.

If you got him for 63 money...I think you're ok. Even though 63-64 difference isn't substantial...every dollar saved goes to the next one right... Post in hand pics if you get a chance...I know you will ; )~ smat

I guess that depends on what you consider MS63 money. $10? $12? The silver has a melt value of about eight bucks.
This is actually the prize for my belated 1000th post contest. I tried to pick a silver Ike with strong lettering, a sharp face profile, good hair detail.

Not the best pics, but I'll say MS-62. What little I can see clearly in the right reverse field is scary - scratches and a reed hit.

Frog, is there something specific I could improve on the photos to make them more suitable for grading?

Even your new pics are washed out entirely on the obverse and on the left field of the reverse. Only the right reverse field is shown clearly.

I've been doing some reading today that phones and tablets now oversaturate images at the chip level. Intentionally, of course. That image was in very indirect sunlight on the kitchen table on a gray, cloudy day.
Let me ask the question a different way. Can you point out some coin photos on this forum that weren't taken with $1000 of equipment that show the proper level of light and luster without being oversaturated? I'm not even completely sure how to tackle the problem, since this is an uncirculated silver business strike coin and the gleam is considerable.

Interestingly, now that I am looking closer, the right reverse field is actually the reflection of my dark gray iPad bottom. Would it be better to have a large, dark object above the coin, so that the fields reflect something black?

This first year of issue was plagued with striking problems and even later issues are plagued with severe bagmarks. Finding these in MS-65 and above can be a challenge. Compare your coin to those in this PCGS link. I'd have to call it MS-64 https://www.pcgs.com/photograde/#/Ike/Grades
