I'm trying to determine whether this is an actual DDR or not and I'm a beginner nowhere near expert at this a dabber if you will, and all the people that have looked at this coin are also dabblers, but we all agree that it appears to be double die on the reverse. I have checked a variety Vista and other places online and cannot find a similar coin. Perhaps this is a error of some other kind, but if this is a DDR what do I do with it? Thank you for your eyes and your time.

@lyr, I agree that there is nothing listed on varietyvista. In looking at your coin, are you seeing doubling on the word CENT? The slight doubling toward the rim is most likely going to be DDD. Or are you seeing something else too? Thx for clarifying.

That looks like an awful lot of steps. Plating issues?

John thank you.
Because I do see a doubling like under the bar of the T and the underside of the N and on the E, I know something is there... Whether it's officially called doubling in the double die since way, so after reading what you showed me, I looked at doubling. Eddie and saw the worthless doubles and looked at the die abrasion one and it seems very possible that it is the die abrasion doubling.
Totally cool. I thought I had found a bomb dollar winner! However I'm still hedging on the obverse B in liberty any comments on it?
And thank you for the links.
If anyone should think it is a double die or something special let me know. I appreciate the comments and . Learning more
