@curt, first welcome to CCF. Second, from these pictures, it looks like the rim around the reverse is off, but the rim on the front is fine, making this a mis-aligned die. Worth saving in a 2x2 for safekeeping, but generally we advise that unless the tops of the letters in the inscription are falling off the edge, then there isn't a numismatic premium.

Added: can you please add a picture of the edge of this coin? It will be hard to get much in focus, but I'd like to see the reeding. Thx.

For sure has a premium. Not sure what to label it though. Washington side looks like a broad strike and the other side looks like a MAD. What does the edge look like? 2x2 worthy for sure, nice find.

To CCF! Might be a Broadstrike or a Partial Collar error. What does the edge look like?

Looks like a Broadstrike. For future references, only hold the coin by the edges or wear gloves. Fingerprints will not come off and will reduce the value of your coin, to some extent.

It would be wise to dip the coin in 100% pure acetone, not standard nail polish remover and put it in a 2x2 after the coin has air dried.

Silvio, that's what a Broad strike is, The collar is not in place when it's struck. Nothing stops it from expanding.
