@meg, it doesn't look like this coin is missing a clad layer, but it would be useful to know the weight. Can you please add that info to the thread? Thx.

Megee From these pictures (at 200 zoom) I can't tell anything about the obverse, the reverse looks like a marker or stain lines.
Larger, sharper & cropped pictures would help in assisting you. Perhaps you could point out the spots that concern you.
