Spence Moderator United States 34397 Posts	Posted 12/07/2023 2:46 pm A little grease in the die seems to be the most likely reason for OF being partially missing, but as @e&v notes, it could have been struck that way. This region is directly opposite to Abe's shoulder and that design elements seems to "hog" much of the metal in the die, sometimes resulting in a light strike on the reverse.
