Still on the Riverside is Penny the word "of" is caused by Grease filled up on the die? And no I did not clean the coin it came his way to Penny roll

Could be from a Grease Filled Die issue or just weakly struck.

A little grease in the die seems to be the most likely reason for OF being partially missing, but as @e&v notes, it could have been struck that way. This region is directly opposite to Abe's shoulder and that design elements seems to "hog" much of the metal in the die, sometimes resulting in a light strike on the reverse.
