all depends on the luster across the cheek. MS64 if its there. MS63 if not. I'm leaning MS63

Nice die clash.
Something looks off with the obverse, especially above the eyes and forehead up through the hair. Reverse is impeccable and MS65. I'll withhold a final judgment pending better photos, especially of the obverse.
