Great price! Again, may be a slider, but could change when we see in-hand photos. Softly struck and the ink(?) spot is distracting. Once we see your pictures, this is another one that might benefit from a quick dip with a little extra attention at the spotting (don't tell anyone I said that...)

89(P)'s are usually soft so most likely we are seeing strike issues here. broken luster, field discoloration. I doubt that stain is coming off and if it does its going to leave residual. I think someone attempted to clean the coin and this is the best they could do AU details (cleaned, PMD)
