I may decide to bid on this. It has some obverse striations that look pretty benign to me.

VG/F sharpness, but those laminations (?) detract. Not a fan.

Looks a F-15 to me  So 8 dollars is a bargain price to me

Calling this one F15.
When it comes to problems with a coin, I don't consider planchet flaws such as those exhibited on this coin to be as problematic as scratches and harsh cleanings. I see a lot of value here as a space-filler at just US$8, and wouldn't be in a rush to upgrade this if it were in my collection.
