Seems like it has a pretty visible Blakesley effect across from both big clips. Smith, not sure. Could definitely be a triple clipped planchet, but the I'll defer to the experts on that call.

Excellent triple-clipped quarter! The Smith effect seems to be very limited or non-existent on the large quarter clips for some reason as most of mine don't have it either. But it is clearly visible on the obverse at the small third clip.

I'm with the triple clipped club on this one, that third clip is tiny but still considered a clip.

The Smith effect is definitely more subtle on the larger clips but still there. Especially on the obverse.
