Doesn't look like a die chip. Does it stick up from the surface of the coin or is it inset?

Sorry for the delayed response as we had a power outage. Attached is a photo as the arrows annotate the areas that are slightly raised. The 3 straight lines are lower than the areas w/ the arrows.

I think it is an odd shaped die chip.. BUT - can you provide an image of this with the lighting not coming in from directly overhead? If you can have it come from only one direction at an angle - the shadows that are created can help tell what this is.
