I found this five cent proof coin in a 2X2 when sorting out other coins. It looks like a real nice coin. Looking at the steps , I would guess MS 64. I have no idea what I'm talking about so please give me your opinion. I didn't see the two dust specks until I started to post. Thanks

Can not grade MS 64 because it is a proof coin. What is going on at the back of Jeffs head? John1

Looks like a fingerprint behind the head that really detracts.

the first obv photo looks like a fingerprint or something to the right of the profile through LIBERTY. it could be obscured in the 2nd one from angle or the reflective surfaces. if I had to grade it then possibly PF64 i don't think its considered impaired since it would grade above 60
