It has the opposite effect of traditional doubling. The reason I questioned mine was because I thought those letters were raised, not incuse I will be curious to see where this one ends up. Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6464 Posts	Posted 12/14/2023 5:33 pm I think it looks like traditional doubling because your brain is having a concave face illusion. Hold the tablet or screen far away from your face, so that it overcomes the glare and sees the letters as incuse. Your Coop quote seems correct, incuse doubling would make the devices smaller, not larger. I think we are actually just seeing the walls of the letter cavities. Report this Post to the Staff

This is about the 5th time the same question has come up on here. I know sometimes I have a problem seeing pictures in reverse, I have to look at them cross eyed to get them straightened out.
