Maya Angelou Quarter Error Flat : Please Advise

gemstallion New Member 2 Posts	Posted 12/19/2023 01:25 am hello is anyone familiar with this type of error? the coin is circulated and shows wear and scuffing but the image of Maya angelou is flat with no details is it possible this could happen during circulation or is this a result of minting error? please advise and thanks!
