I'm not a pro at grading, but maybe AU to low MS range.

Detail looks MS to me. My concern would be the obverse appearing to have been wiped or rubbed in the fields. It's probably market acceptable for a low MS grade. Overall an attractive coin!

I think the friction marks might hold it to AU-58. Nice looking coin.
