This poor coin has seen better days but I thought it was rather interesting because it appears to me like the entire coin is stricken with lamination everywhere on both the obverse and reverse. It has a deep hole located right in front of Lincoln's face and if you examine it closely it appears to be the result of layers of lamination all the way down through the coin. I believe it also has a small Cud at about 7:30 to 8:00 on the obverse along with a small die chip filling the bottom of the "B" in LIBERTY which I have not been able to find listed on the cudsoncoins.com site as of yet. Please tell me if I'm seeing all this correctly or if there is another explanation.

Man this one is an odd one - I see lots of damage, and circulation flattening, but possible lamination mixed in..

My thoughts exactly Dearborn. And notice how trhe lamination layers seem to be laying over the date. How does that occur?

Could be a lam in there, but the heavy damage is distracting for me. Also, I don't think that is a Cud but rather a rim bruise.

With everything going on, I'm seeing some lamination issues mixed in.

We'll never know - combination of damage and a lamination, agree.
