2.0 grams, 18 mm diameter.

Not much to go on. The only letters on the obverse that I am nearly sure of are the VS to the right of the head.

The obverse appears to be a standing figure.

Presumably Gallienus and not Tetricus

Not much to go on with the reverse. You can google Gallienus Reverses and see if you can find a match.

The reverse reminds me of a PAX PERPETVA.
The letter on yours needs to become an E though.
It has some similarity otherwise
