Got this 1922-D cent I needed for my coin album. I am bad at grading Wheats. I think it's F or higher but I need someone more experienced to look at it. Any value?

XF obverse but due to the condition of the reverse I think it would net grade at VF

I've no idea about the market value for someting like this. I wouldn't pay VF money for it, much less EF money, but I'm really not familiar with pricinig for die varieties of this date.
