I didn't buy this ... it was in with some other stuff.

St George & the Dragon are pretty good, but King George looks like Cecilia Gimenez's restoration of the Jesus fresco!

Then again, the church in Spain is getting ten times more tourists to see the 82 year old widow's botched "Monkey Christ" restoration!

5.12g

So, what do I do with it? Counterfeits fetch more than the real thing these days. Keep it as a curiosity?

Merry Solstice! Happy New Year!

Blind Freddie should be able to detect it with the difference in weight.

Keep it as a curiosity, perhaps part of a "museum of awful fakes" along with any of those dreadful unimetal bogus £1 coins Britain was afflicted with a few years ago that you may have. Then when your collecting friends meet up you can all have a good laugh.

WHO IS BLIND FREDDY?

BLIND FREDDY: (pronoun) (Australian, informal) An imaginary person who is held up as an archetype if incapacity. What Blind Freddy could see or understand must be obvious. [from the 1940s]

So, it's a colonial coloquialism ... serves you right for all the Cockney rhyming slang and Septic Tank brand speak .
