I am thinking that it may possibly be DDO Listing 1988-D DDO-001. The "D" mint mark is very similar along with numbers in the date. Some of the letters in the motto as well. It is also a planchet error coin due to the blistering on the obverse and reverse along with the peeling plating and the incomplete plating seen on the reverse. The blistering also makes it difficult for me to match all the doubling listed for 1988-D DDO-001. There are incomplete letters in the motto on the obverse. The letters U, S, & T are incomplete in the word "TRUST" and all the letter in "TRUST" appear to be thinner than what they should be. I am guessing this is due to a striking error. Please let me know your thoughts on this coin and if I am correct on these assumptions.
