Your coin is so worn it could be Persephone or maybe Tanit. Numismatists and those who write coin catalogues sometimes disagree over identification. Because there can be uncertainty, sometimes a coin will be listed with two possible names like Persephone-Tanit, or just say "female head right."

If you want, go to acsearch.info, type in "Tanit horse AE" in search line, then try "female head horse AE" in search line, also try "Persephone horse AE" you may find a match.

Personally, I wonder if it may be an unpublished AE with Triptolemos. (I think the figure is male.)

Yeah, could be male. Seems to be a hair bun on the back of head, I don't know.
