Lamination issue, yes. I wouldn't suggest submitting the piece for grading.

So grading is not recommend. does posting in auction starting and .99 cents with free shipping sound like the more reasonable way to list it ? I do appreciate your guys help I'm new this is my first coin lot I just started collecting 2 weeks ago but now I'm trying to Learn how to sale them

Richbilla, Those pics look like the screen on your scope,is it? We discourage photos of screens. Use a memory card in the scope.

nice laminations.
Look on ebay sold item to cents that are similar to get an idea of what folks are willing to pay for them.
