I bought myself the 6 Whitman albums to go from 1932 to 2025 and they came in the mail last week.... I have not searched my first box yet because it is going to be work work and more work the first couple of boxes to determine what I need/have/want from all the start up holes.... Will probably get a box or two this weekend :)

So you're hoping to put the set together from circulation?

Yes, good luck!
Boxes will be useful, but don't overlook customer wrapped rolls.

Absolutely.... customer wrapped rolls rock!! I am a branch manager and constantly buy up the customer change that comes in.... I have just been focusing on paper lately.... will get back to the metals soon enough :)

As to putting it together, I want to get all I can from circulation but understand that 1932-1964 will take a lot to do that... but that is the fun, it took me quite some time with the nickels but I eventually got the 50D....its all about the chase :)

Picked up my first box this afternoon to go thru over the holiday weekend. I figured this one will take a while as I get things started... I will probably only keep the finest of the fine to check for the albums and let those gradually build up.... if there is a better system let me know... I need to look over the mint counts and see the "tough" ones to find as I have nickels and pennies memorized but not quarters.

Most State Quarters can be found fairly easily as well as most ATB Quarters. The 2009-2011 quarters have far less minted and are a little tougher to find but I still come across them. All clad quarters can be found in rolls with enough effort and time.

Searched the box tonight and pulled my first silver quarter ever, a 1959 in decent shape and that beautiful clink when it chatters with other clad coins. I pulled about 25 other quarters that are album worthy based on condition. Also pulled a 2019 AMP San Fran proof in really good shape. Happy to get started with this album.
