1964 D Washington Quarter - RPM - Is This An RPM? DDO? DDR?

I am going through 1964 D Quarters and I found this one. It looks like it is a pretty clear RPM on the "D". Am I correct. Couldn't see one similar on Wexlers. Plus it appears to have some other doubling, not sure if it is a DDO or DDR. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What you're seeing is Machine Doubling.

may I can see the MM pic from strait vertical position?. All your photos are angle. Only 3 RPM's 1964D has caracteristics as this coin. The RPM 4,7 and 9.

That is a straight photo through my coin microscope. The mint mark is just that skewed.
