Unfortunately, time has not been kind to this coin. The temple of Astarte appears on coins under several rulers Most of them are from Tyre around the Severan Period. If you can decipher what is in exergue (lettering/symbols on the reverse bottom), it would help you greatly.

Update: I haven't found a direct match but the reverse I believe is Tyche standing holding rudder and either cornucopia or sceptre. Here is the closest I could find. Maybe someone else can take it further.
