Yikes not too much remaining detail on this one. The semi-circular depression at 3 o'clock on your first picture appears to me to be a counterstamp, I believe similar to a recent previous thread of yours.

Perhaps a Marcus Aurelius Bronze, possibly provincial. Or a barbaric imitation. from what remains of the coin, very difficult to say!
