New to the forum and want to post a picture of a coin for your opinion. However after reading the tutorial twice I still can't figure out how to post a picture. Help and old guy out please.

Pixlr had been having some problems lately. Try the old optimizer, or maybe Irfanview (here's the tutorial).

Honestly I don't understand why the staff keeps insisting on linking to Pixlr despite its known inconvenience. But they be them, I guess.

I'm a novice CC member and have had as much trouble as your having too. 1st off, I use the "Search" button to look for the forum that I wish to post an image in. If I don't see anything related to my coin in question then select --> "New Topic" and another screen will appear. Describe your image in the "Title" area of your post. Continue to the "Message" portion of your post and describe (also in TITLE), meticulously, denomination and issues with your coin. When you're ready to upload your picture, simple to post it by finding the little green camera icon. You may be asked to convert your pics MBs to KBs by using Pixar mobile app online. <-- I had a problems, as well, getting this to work. My solution was to download the "Pixar Suite" and the "Pixar mobile app". Both are extremely handy and are free. I don't mind paying $?/year and save mucho memory and storage. You won't be asked to use it, unless your photos are over the Kb limit. I recommend using the "Preview" button inorder to see your post prior to it's entry into the forum. It's repetition that's key here. I'm getting more familiar with it. Remember the "Preview" button before posting.

You should always start a new topic for each coin you post.
