Group's opinion the first time was cleaned but my photos were pretty bad. Hoping there might be a change with these new pics. These look pretty close to actual coin and not over exposed this time. Thanks

The obverse looked better with your old pics, and the reverse looks better with the new pics. I'm sticking with AU-58, possibly straight grade.

Looks dipped to my eyes, but would likely straight grade. Dipping is something the TPGs will do themselves in their "conservation" programs.

actually a fairly nice strike for an 89(P) which is typically soft.
coin is MS imo and dipped. probably not over dipped to a point where it would detail but it depends on who is grading it.
