@vegas, it looks to me like your cent has some surface staining and tick marks from circulation. These variations in color look somewhat like letters and numbers, but are all damage rather than a mint error.

Stains, tick marks from circulation, and Pareidolia. PMD. You should study up on errors on error-ref.com.
