It's an MS67 graded coin that has the die marker scratches on the forehead. There were two of them. I bought one to see if I was correct. I received it today, and it is 100% FS-101. The Cert # on the slab is only one off from mine. If anyone is interested in this one. The die markers you can see from the hairline down the forehead. Coppercoins link below for the markers.
