I am not sure exactly what this is. I think it is Japanese. Can anyone identify this silver piece?

I used my Iphone to take these pictures. Its all I had with me at the time. The lighting was really bad.

Yes really. I used the Magnifier app and then cropped them using the editor in the photo app. Usually turns out a lot better but like I said the lighting was really bad.

I did not say anything about cropping or size of pics.Both pics look little blurry, and the second pic looks like a pic of a screen.
