So I can't find much on this DDR variety? Looking to see if I could get a helping hand with identifying a couple of things.. Very excited for the first DDR and it's not Machine Doubling ^.^
@sil, perhaps there was an issue with the translator you were using for your last post, but it came across as snarky and offensive in English. You need to do better than that.
"If you climb a good tree, you get a push." -----Ghanaian proverb
"The danger we all now face is distinguishing between what is authentic and what is performed." -----King Adz
Great example of Machine Doubling. Keep it as a reference coin. Note the "step like" features on the date. You'll see this much more often than you'll see a True Doubled Die coin.
@ Spence. Yes I agree with you about the rules. Here it is my hint: I do not like peopples to be folish and missinformated. I can do mistakes? YES and then recognise and express regrets for my own mistake. I am against those youtoub who put the hobby lovers on wrohg track.
The dead giveaway on the 1972-S cent is that the S mint mark also shows the phenomenon. The die becomes doubled by multiple misaligned hubbings during manufacture. The mint mark is added later, so it should not show the same doubling as the devices.
