This is an interesting coin.
For those who don't know too much about Uighurstan, this is a part of China in Xinjiang Province who tried to declare independence in 1933. This lasted for a mere 9 months before it was forcefully taken over by the Chinese army. China wasn't communist back then...
There are two copper coins issued - 10 and 20 cash. Most, if not all 20 cash coins that I have seen and own are overstruck over an older Imperial cash coin. 10 cash on the other hand... seem to be rather different. I have at least 5 examples and all seem to be struck on fresh planchets, if not specially treated.
You can imagine my surprise when I saw this appear. Uighurstan 10 cash are not common but to see a wild overstrike like this - makes me wonder if there is another example like this...

Overstruck over Hupeh 10 cash

Have you seen an overstruck 10 cash like this?
