what would the record for the number of rpm in the same BU roll be? , these would be the first time I find 50 rpms ( that's probably why the price CopperCoins gives to them in BU ) , of the same number but in different stages , given by the size of the die chip on the column , but with the same scratches on the obverse , one from TRUST in front of Lincoln face and the other one on the bottom of the D mint mark . I just took pictures of two of them

Where did you get the roll? I'm going to say you got a put together roll. Some collector died and his hirers cashed them in to the bank. I've found as many as 40 split between 4 to 7 different RPMs in a roll before. In order for them to be the same RPM only different stages, the odds on that would be astronomical. The stage differences would probably be from thousands of coins in between different stages.

Thank you all , Cujohn I agree with you , the roll's from a lot of stuck coins in tubes I got from Tropicalbats ( 84 of them all BU) and I still have 40 to go through .

Ok that makes sense. From someone's collection. I was thinking you bought it as a OBW roll. Ya I've had some of them rolls that were stuck, used a hack saw to saw almost through the tube, then split with a knife.

Cujohn , I did the same thing like you but a little different , I saw off the bottom of the tube first and then made two cuts with an small hack saw opposite to each other long ways and with a pocket knife it split open easy on one side , I only lost one coin per roll ( I did 89 rolls and lost only the very last one , where I took off the bottom) .By the way I just found another roll with 50 more 1960d rpm-033.
