1983 D 25c Souvenir Set Coins

I recently had the luck and privilege to purchase two 1983 D Souvenir Sets. I understand they're available on ebay and not extremely hard to find. Nevertheless, I grew curious as to population of high grade examples. A bit of research left me with a few questions and some optimism. This obviously isn't going to be an incredibly high dollar coin. The current best is MS67 @$1400. I believe that at least 1 of the coins in my newly acquired sets would better a 67.

My questions are, do I leave it in the cellophane and try to take good pics for this forum? If it is a premium example do I leave it in the cellophane for submission. Basically, what would you do? I can't find any flaws on the coin, strong mirror like strike, no minor edge dings, etc.

I'll submit pics tomorrow when I can get to them without removing them from the cellophane which will probably have a lot of glare.
