The surfaces on this one seem like a chemical dip that has been retoned so I'd go UNC details - Altered Color.

looking at the other coins you posted I'm seeing some similarities in the toning. quite possible they were improperly stored rather than cleaned. I'm going with UNC details

If it straight-grades, I'll say AU-58, but I just can't see this worth sending to a TPG. |
