Would this be considered as an off-center strike? Also approximately what condition would this coin be considered? Sorry the second pic isn't clearer. That was the best out of dozens of tries.

What does the edge look like? Make sure you handle your coin with gloves, when getting the picture of the edge.

Yes looks very promising so far. I agree with @e&v that a view of the edge would be good to have. I'm interested to see if there are reeds or not as there doesn't seem to be a rim.

Yeah, I see a planchet proto-rim but not a struck rim. That is a heck of a good find.

How a grading company decides an error coin grade is a mystery to me. Do a couple grading points even matter that much?

There is some reeding on the top plating on the bottom and top edge of of the coin only. All else is smooth. Glad this pic came out ok. Battery died right after it.
