What would be the grade of this coin? Would it be considered problem-free despite the slight rim bump in the 10 o'clock position on the reverse?

I'll say VF-30, but given the bump I would not consider it problem-free,

Just makes VF-20 - Whether or not that bump details it is how bad it is in hand. I have seen similar in straight grade TPG holders.

F15. for me that bump is so small I can see it grade straight looking at it from the obv. the rev is another animal I'm betting if you hold the coin horizontal youre going to see that area is raised from the hit enough that it probably would detail
