Hi Glojojo and If you mean the silhouette of King George V's head that you can see around Britannia on the reverse, it's an error of sorts, but a design error! It's called 'Ghosting' and is very common on UK bronze coins issued from 1911 to 1926. There is no added value.
The effigy of King George V on the early George V coins, especially the penny, was in very high relief. When the blanks were pushed between the dies, the displaced metal left a 'ghost' of the King's head on the reverse.
The problem was solved in 1926-8, first by modifying the King's effigy, and then by reducing it in size on the halfpenny and penny.
