Hello All,

Im a new member to the forum. I'm very new into collecting coins and have a big interest in all US coins. I like finding errors in coins. I'm from Moore OK. USA. I'm really having a hard time finding good rolled coins that arent all newer coins would like to find a place to purchase more circulated rolled coins in hopes for a variety. Any suggestions?

I bought some mint sewn bags of quarters on ebay, these would have brand new higher condition coins that may have errors direct from the mint and may even have errors that would not have fit into rolls. The cost depends on what people know you can find, when they have a high value coin for that year the prices can be higher just like with rolls.

You may want to read this thread about rolls in general, I added my thoughts there. http://goccf.com/t/399000
Customer wrapped bank rolls are ok but some might be looked through prior to wrapping and condition is going to vary widely.

Develop a relationship with tellers at banks and credit unions in your area. A little kindness can go a long way sometimes!

As someone else has already mentioned - your best bet would be contacting your bank(s), have them save rolls that customers bring in. I used to visit 3-4 banks per month, picking up $500-$2k in circulated rolls.

Just be prepared to get turned away from certain banks though. There are banks in my area that will not give out or take coin rolls unless you have an account with them.
