To me looks like Maximinus II with Genius reverse, Siscia mint, don't know the RIC number.

Certainly not Maximinus II with the obverse legend having 'MAXIMIANVS' not 'MAXIMINVS'. With that name and the pointed nose, that has to be Maximian.

I'd have it as Maximianus, one of the several versions of RIC VI 85b.
