Just wanted to get your thoughts on this one. To start with, you can tell there are heavy flow lines and much of what I'm seeing may be paired with deterioration. What's going on with the east side of the 3 looks kind of like slide MD. There looks to be thickness to the hair, but once again, may be from deterioration. On LIBERTY, there is slight notching and thickness to the verticals, but may be to minor to list.

Let me know what you guys think.
Jon.

Not really my area on these newer coins, but the 3 does appear thicker, an the Y of liberty - the upper right arm is thinner than the left..

Looks noticeably different (in areas you mentioned) than any of the 2023 One Cents in my collection!
One thought would be Die Deterioration & Coin Wrapping damage.

Thanks for checking it out, Tacc. Yes deterioration, as I mentioned, think comes into play with this coin and it's attributes and did not mention the Ring of Death but it is very apparent, where it goes through the B and E of LIBERTY. I think there may be something here but probably to minor to list....
