To start with, you can tell there are heavy flow lines and much of what I'm seeing may be paired with deterioration. What's going on with the east side of the 3 looks kind of like slide MD. There looks to be thickness to the hair, but once again, may be from deterioration. On LIBERTY, there is slight notching and thickness to the verticals, but may be to minor to list. Yes deterioration, as I mentioned, think comes into play with this coin and it's attributes and did not mention the Ring of Death but it is very apparent, where it goes through the B and E of LIBERTY.
