2001 P New York Quarter: Lamination Error

I have been trying to get better at my photos. Camera that does the full view only gives me clear photos with the flash.

I came across this quarter missing a wedge out of the lamination on the reverse. This would be mint damage?

Looks like some type of Struck Through error.

No, just missing the bottom layer in that area. The coin was out of an un-opened roll of NY quarters.
