Looks kind of like you can see through the nickel memorial to the cent memorial, maybe clear glue?

You'll get a kick out of this... the guy that posted it says it's a "Die clash obverse mule penny."

Then, after telling me I need to learn, explains what a die clash is..... "die clash is when a nickel planchet falls on the penny while it's is being stamped it usually happens when a penny falls out onto another penny it extremely rare when it's a different coin there only been less the five ever discovered"

I tried to help him, but apparently, I don't know what I'm talking about. He's determined to "send it off."

One time my buddy tried to clash a penny on a mule named Nickel, but she bit him. True story.
