Nice frosty surfaces but I can't get above MS-63.

Commercial MS63. Strong clash. It reminds me a lot of the others you posted not that long ago, so if - like those coins - it is nicer in hand, it might stretch into a 64.

Typically this year are known for weaker strikes. i'd say yours is not bad. nice amount of luster there. hard to tell if there are any breaks in it. some marks and scuffs on both sides. she looks between 63 and 64 and could go either way based on the breaks in luster. I'm leaning more toward MS63
