If you're looking for a grade, I'd say AU at best, just a spender.

I'm thinking mid-range AU. Bicentennial quarters were heavily hoarded as they were issued. There was an older guy working part time at 'my' local coin shop a few years ago who claimed he had 400 fresh rolls of them--all Denver mint.
